We provide students with a comprehensive understanding of programming fundamentals.

  • Each class is 12 hours of total instruction (1.5 hours twice per week) plus personalized support

OUR CLASSES

No experience required!

We are holding four classes, each tailored to a specific type of student. The Scratch course is designed for younger newcomers to programming. The Python and Java course are designed for newcomers to text-based languages of all ages and help for high school courses. The Python For Research Course is aimed for student researchers competing in science fair or similar events.

  • Do I need any prior knowledge?
    No! The Intro to Scratch, Java, and Python courses require no prior knowledge. For the "Python for Researchers" course it's recommended to have some prior knowledge of any programming language and a grasp of basic algebra concepts.
  • What if I want to take "Python for Researchers" but have no prior programming knowledge?"
    If you want to take "Python for Researchers" but have no programming knowledge, it is recommended to take the "Introduction to Programming with Python" course alongside it. Taking the introductory level course alongside "Python for Researchers" will help solidify fundamentals and ensure you are not lost in the slightly more intermediate level research course.

    A full refund is available until five days before the first class (July 1st).
  • What is the cost?
    The pricing for each course is as follows: Scratch- $80

  • When do classes start?
    Classes begin on the week of July 6th and carry on for four weeks, ending on July 31st. The total instruction time is 12 hours spread out over 8 lessons.
